Bio:
Before joining Colorado Law, Colene Robinson was a sole practitioner representing children and parents in child abuse and neglect and delinquency cases in Jefferson County and Broomfield County. She was recognized as one of 10 national Civitas Childlaw Scholars and completed her law school education in a specialized program for child advocates at Loyola University Law School in Chicago. She graduated with honors after participating on law review and completed part of her legal education at Yale Law School. Ms. Robinson clerked for the Connecticut State Supreme Court and then worked in New York City Legal Aid Society's Juvenile Rights Division. She moved to Colorado to become the Program Director of the National Association of Counsel for Children and directed the NACC Resource Center. She is licensed in California, New York, and Colorado.
