Bio:
Dale Skivington is the Chair of the Board of ESL Federal Credit Union. She previously served as Vice President of Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer for Dell Inc. In that position, she lead a team that managed Dell's compliance risks, and works closely with the business to ensure they have a compliance program which addresses key risks and results. Dell has earned a reputation as one of the world's most ethical companies. Skivington has focused on a compliance career since 1998, when she was asked to serve as Eastman Kodak's first chief privacy officer. She also served as an Assistant General Counsel leading the global Legal team outside the US and was lead Employment Counsel.

Prior to joining Kodak, she was in private practice litigating civil rights and personal injury matters, and served as Assistant Attorney General for the state of New York.

Skivington has given lectures on compliance, privacy employment, litigation, diversity, best practice, and other civil rights and employment law topics. During her career, she has received multiple awards for her work. Currently, she also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School. She has also taught at Cornell University's ILR School and New York State University at Brockport and lectured frequently at the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business. She has chaired numerous community Boards including the Legal Aid Society and the Women's Health Partnership.
