Henry Bangert is a founding partner of Beltzer Bangert & Gunnell LLP (BBG). BBG is a boutique, construction law firm based in Denver, Colorado, with twenty-five attorneys and professionals focused solely on the legal needs of the construction industry. Henry counsels clients in contract planning, negotiation and drafting, administration, project close-out and dispute resolution locally in Colorado and nationally. Henry also frequently advises clients in contract and legal risk management through the project life-cycle. He has represented clients in the drafting and negotiation of hundreds of large and complex construction contracts representing billions of dollars of projects delivered successfully. Henry has extensive experience with nearly all forms of project delivery, including CM Agency, CM at Risk, traditional design-bid-build, design-build, EPC, integrated project delivery and P3 delivery. Prior to founding BBG, Henry worked as Legal Counsel--U.S. Operations for PCL Construction Enterprises, Inc. In his role for PCL, Henry and the PCL legal team supported PCL's commercial building, heavy civil, water infrastructure and heavy industrial operations from coast-to-coast. Prior to joining PCL, Henry was a member of the construction practice group at Sherman & Howard L.L.C.
