Provides legal representation and advice in civil legal matters such as housing, public benefits, welfare, social security, mental health, elder law, restraining orders and divorces to indigent persons.
Fee: None but must meet Federal Income Guidelines.
Counties served: Archuleta, Dolores, La Plata, Montezuma, and San Juan. Also served: Southern Ute and Ute Mountain Ute Reservations.
