On September 19, 2012, United States Supreme Court Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg visited the University of Colorado-Boulder to deliver the Second Annual Stevens Lecture. In addition to the 1000 people who attended the lecture at the UMC, satellite audiences watched the lecture live and submitted questions from Wolf Law, Fort Lewis University, Colorado College, and Colorado Mesa University.
Former Justice John Paul Stevens, for whom the series is named, delivered the inaugural speech at Wolf Law in 2011. Next year's lecture will be delivered by former Justice Sandra Day O'Connor on September 17, 2013.
