Ambassador Clayton Yeutter presents "Climate Change, Agriculture, and International Trade: Challenges and Opportunities"

Accelerating climate change poses significant challenges for agricultural production and food security in many regions of the world, and will inevitably affect international trade in many key agricultural commodities.  The implications for trade policy, and for the institutions and infrastructures that support international agro-food systems, are profound. Ambassador Yeutter asks us to rethink climate policy using a framework that addresses climate change, agriculture, food security, and international trade.
