Two of the most important cases of the Supreme Court's current term—NetChoice v. Moody and NetChoice v. Paxton—will see oral arguments over the application of the First Amendment to the regulation of social media platforms. If you're interested in constitutional law, technology law, or witnessing some high-stakes appellate advocacy, join the Law School A/V Club for an informal listening party and time permitting, a reaction discussion afterwards. All students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend. Coffee and donuts will be served! If you plan to come, please drop an RVSP to blake.reid@colorado.edu (for a head count on refreshments) and note if you need any accommodations. Note: there are two rounds of arguments scheduled starting at 8am MT; we don't know exactly how long each will go, so the end time is loose. You need not stay for the whole time; please feel free to drop in late or leave early as your schedule permits!
