Colorado Law professors break down upcoming U.S. Supreme Court constitutional cases and their potential impacts. Professors Speck, Norton, Spencer, Reid, and Gulasekaram offer a primer and their insights on a variety of topics. They?ll explore the constitutionality of: Trump?s appearance on Colorado?s primary presidential ballot; social media platform transparency obligations; a federal ban on firearm possessions; an income tax from foreign corporation ownership; and government speech. Be ready to learn more about the scope of the First, Second, Fourteenth and Sixteenth Constitutional Amendments? protections! Lunch will be provided!
