Our October International Law Section meeting will feature a presentation by Kristi Disney Bruckner and discussion of these current themes. Ms. Bruckner will briefly discuss the international agreements that preceded the Paris Agreement, the basic structure and functions of the Paris Agreement, steps that must be taken for a Party to withdraw from the agreement, and possible scenarios for moving climate mitigation and adaptation efforts forward with or without the US.
