CAREER DEVELOPMENT EVENT!

The DOJ relies on its Honors Program as the sole means of hiring entry-level attorneys. The Please join us for an informational session on legal hiring programs at the U.S. Department of Justice, in particular the Attorney General?s Honors Program (HP) and Summer Law Intern Program (SLIP). HP and SLIP applications are due September 5, 2017. The DOJ is the world?s largest law office and offers opportunities for law students and attorneys in virtually every legal practice area. In addition to information regarding HP and SLIP, this session will provide a brief overview of the DOJ application processes for volunteer legal internships and experienced attorney hiring. The brown bag will be presented by DOJ?s Office of Attorney Recruitment & Management as a live webinar solely for Colorado Law students. The CDO will broadcast it in Room 305. 2Ls and 3Ls who cannot join us in Room 305 can log in remotely using the link we will post in CDOnline?s Announcements on Monday.
