You’ve undoubtedly heard that you should create an “outline” for each of your courses, yet you may have no idea what the term means in the law school context. If you begin outlining your courses early in the semester, you’ll be better prepared for final exams – so long as your outlines are effective. In this session, Professor Scott Peppet will talk about the art of effective outlining in law school.
