The Rules of Professional Conduct do not cover every ethical situation you will face in legal practice?and they say absolutely nothing about what you can and cannot say on your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn page! So how do you stay on the safe side while still making the most of these valuable tools? Amy DeVan, a 2001 Colorado Law alum and attorney ethics expert, will lead a discussion on how students and lawyers can navigate the online social networking universe while upholding their ethical obligations and integrity.
LUNCH WILL BE PROVIDED. Please RSVP to Julia Sevy (julia.sevy@colorado.edu) by February 15, 2016.
