Interested in learning more about the upcoming CU / DU negotiations competition? This brief info session is designed to help you assess whether participation might be a good move for you. The competition will be open to all students, regardless of experience. The problem focuses on an M&A transaction, with a minor (one page) drafting component. This competition is a prerequisite to joining any one of the 8 traveling negotiations teams this year.
