The 23rd Annual Rothgerber Conference, "Presidential Interpretation of the Constitution," will explore the issues raised in Professor Hal Bruff's new book, Untrodden Ground. The conference will open on Thursday October 15 at 5:15 p.m. with a keynote address in Wittemyer Courtroon by Professor Bruff. Panelists will continue the conversation on October 16 from 8:45-2:15 in Room 301.
