We are all faced with having to engage in difficult conversations. Whether it is addressing a hurtful or insensitive comment that we made to someone or that they made to us, questioning our Performance Review or grade, or informing our employer that we cannot take on a particular work assignment; we often enter into the conversation ill-prepared. Come learn how to prepare for these challenging conversations, obtain desired outcomes, identify solutions, keep things from escalating, and how to frame each conversation in a positive way. By acquiring these strategies, you will be able to set aside the emotions that often fan the flames of a difficult conversation and you will be able to handle them in a thoughtful and professional manner.
