Please join SELSA, Silicon Flatirons Student Group, and the Intellectual Property Association in welcoming attorneys Andrew Gerber and Bill Hochberg to discuss their work in copyright and entertainment law. Lunch will be provided.

Andrew Gerber is a founding member of Kushnirsky Gerber PLLC in New York. He focuses the core of his practice on trademark, copyright, and related litigation and dispute resolution. His practice also includes general commercial and contract disputes, entertainment, employment, false advertising, and trade secrets. Andrew has represented clients in a wide variety of fields ranging from digital media to publishing to entertainment to consumer products. Andrew’s clients include AholSniffsGlue, Borscht Corporation, Font Bureau, Flour Shop, Women Management, Celia Rowlson-Hall, Audio Network, and others.

Bill Hochberg is a music and media attorney with over 20 years of transactional and litigation experience. He has handled matters for some of the world’s preeminent artists, writers, producers and others, including DeadMau5, Mission:Impossible composer Lalo Schifrin, Steely Dan’s Donald Fagen, members of Guns N’ Roses, Michael Jackson, celebrity photographer Bonnie Schiffman and many others. Bill also writes on music and technology for the Atlantic, Wired and other world-recognized publications. An avid jazz guitarist, Bill plays in an 18-piece swing band comprised of lawyers and judges.

Following the lunch, please join Silicon Flatirons at the Innovation in the “Creation and Distribution of Content” conference from 1:00 pm – 6:15 pm in the Wittemyer Courtroom. Clients of each attorney will be panelists.
