Please join the President and CEO of FirstBank Holdings, John A. Ikard, for his lecture on ethics in the corporate world. John Ikard is a national leader in the banking world and an exemplar of how to lead an ethical organization.

On the heels of the financial crisis, many asked tough questions on whether and how banks maintained (or failed to maintain) a commitment to ethical practices, trustworthy behavior, and the creation of long-term value for all relevant stakeholders. As the leader of FirstBank and the Chairman of the American Bankers Association, John Ikard has successfully addressed these very questions; he brings a record of integrity to everything he does. In this talk, he will reflect on how he practices ethical leadership and resists the sort of pressures that have led other companies to lose the confidence of customers, regulators, and the public.
