The CDO's Hot Jobs Series is a continuation of the fall semester's Career Perspectives Series. This program will be held on Thursdays during the spring semester and will feature local practitioners and alumni who will highlight specific career paths that are growing in the legal profession. Food will be provided.
Kendall Burgemeister practices in the areas of water law, real estate, business planning, civil litigation, and local government law. He has represented clients in residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate transactions across the Western Slope.
Aaron Clay graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 1979 (Order of the Coif.) He has practiced law in Delta since 1980. His practice is a general practice, with emphasis on real estate, water, business planning, and estate planning. Among his clients are Tri-County Water Conservancy District, Grand Mesa Water Conservancy District, North Fork Water Conservancy District, Grand Mesa Water Users Association, and numerous other ditch companies and water users
