The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is the federal government’s flagship leadership development program at the entry level for advanced degree candidates. The program’s focus is on developing potential government leaders. The PMF Program provides a 2-year post-graduate employment opportunity. A wide number of federal agencies employ Presidential Management Fellows in a variety of locations. This Career Development Office brown bag gives an overview of the PMF program, shares information about the application process, and gives insight into the placement aspect of the PMF Program.
