Wednesday Morning Coffee with John Sleeman

Every other Wednesday, the CDO hosts "Wednesday Morning Coffee" with different attorneys from around the area. This casual setting gives students the chance to chat with attorneys in the field and enjoy free coffee and bagels.
John Sleeman is the Managing Senior Associate in the University Counsel's office at CU Boulder, where he leads a team providing legal advice to the campus. As a member of the Chancellor's Cabinet, he is also part of the UCB senior leadership team. Before coming to CU, he worked at the Colorado Attorney General's Office from 1998 until 2009, coordinating legal advice to Colorado's public colleges and universities as a First Assistant Attorney General and later managing the State Services Section of the office as a Deputy Attorney General. He was an attorney in private practice from 1988 to 1998, with an emphasis on litigation of insurance matters and defense of claims against health care providers.
