CRELA presents an informative and practical discussion on the lawyer's role in serving the needs of a property developer who is also the property owner. Both a developer/owner (Walt Wostenberg) and a Rothgerber partner (Mike Plachy) with whom Wostenberg worked will be here to discuss, from the owner's perspective, the attorney's role in property acquisition, development, rezoning, the permitting process, and modifying standard form agreements. Don't miss this opportunity for exposure to high-level and well-connected individuals in the Boulder legal community. Of note, Wostenberg spent 25 years designing and constructing power plants for Colorado's Public Service Company before working in parish construction for the Archdiocese of Denver. Michael Plachy is Partner at Rothgerber and specializes in complex commercial litigation and real estate transactions. Lunch will be provided!
