The Nuts and Bolts of Applying to the Bar and Receiving Your License

At this presentation, Karen Trojanowski from the Office of Career Development will walk students through the process of applying to the Bar and also discuss what to expect from the Bar Exam. Specifically, topics that will be discussed include: 1) what students need to do to become licensed to practice besides having a J.D.; 2) what the application process is like and what information you need to gather to fill out the application; 3)what’s on the bar exam; 4) bar exam courses; and 5) the timeline.
