Paul Starr, Princeton University Professor and former health care advisor to Hillary Clinton, will give an opening address about how the United States trapped itself in a series of policies that make it difficult to achieve agreement on health care reform. Panelists, including Steve ErkenBrack, Bruce Johnson, Dayna Matthew, and
David Wood, will respond to his ideas and the themes of his address.

2 Ethics Credits Requested Scott Peppet, Professor of Law, University of Colorado, will moderate a panel discussion by the Honorable Ann Frick, Marc Graboyes, Franz Hardy, and Rich Harris, who all embody the entrepreneurial spirit. The discussion will address what steps associates can take to build their brand, develop clients, and cultivate healthy mentor relationships. Law firm partners will benefit from a discussion on the ethical and professional challenges to helping their associates identify and successfully navigate such opportunities.
