GOVERNOR NAMES DANIEL PABON TO AURARIA HIGHER EDUCATION CENTER BOARD
DENVER (December 19, 2007) - Governor Ritter appointed Holland & Hart LLP attorney Daniel Pabon to the Board of Directors of the Auraria Higher Education Center. Pabon will fill Jack Overstreet's term, which will expire July 13, 2008.
Pabon is a member of the Commercial Litigation group in Holland & Hart's Denver office. He currently works on a wide variety of civil matters with an emphasis on real estate litigation, election law, and employment matters. A resident of Northwest Denver, Pabon received both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Colorado, where he also served as student body president.
"I am humbled to receive the appointment from Gov. Ritter," Pabon said. "As a Colorado native and a strong advocate of higher education, I'm looking forward to the challenge of supporting the three largest higher education institutions in Denver."
