Isidoro, Rodriguez, Esq.   September 8, 2009
I have written to each member of Congress-irrespective of District, State, or political party?to respectfully remind them of their legal obligation under 18 U.S.C. §§ 4 and 3771, to assure that law enforcement investigate/prosecute and protect me as a victim of an interstate criminal conspiracy by Beltway Lobbyists/Attorneys, government attorneys, and judges to punish me for exercising my federal rights as a father and independent federal litigator (See, complaints filed in VA, D.C., CO, NY, and PA (http://home.earthlink.net/~malfeasance) Query, if I with more than 35 years of federal trail/appellate civil litigation experience can be targeted by the government and courts for exercising my federal statutory rights and deprived of access to an impartial court and civil jury trial to stop malfeasance--what is either an inexperience attorney or a layman father to do to protect their rights against the government?

In 1972, I and a small group of fellow students in both law school and main campus organized CRIF (Committee for a Racially Integrated Faculty0, challenged the faulty hiring and tenure policies at CU. It took four years, but by the time I graduated from CU in '76 (took year to study in France), more women and persons of color were being interviewed and hired. Later, I worked in both the Carter and Reagan Administration on civil rights issues, and specialized for 30 years in federal litigation against government malfeasance.

Was fortunate to be able to take a three year sabbatical to study at McGill. Granted an LL.M. (Specialization in bioethics) in October, 2008. Returning to school full time after a thirty year hiatus was humbling but interesting.
